I have received a faulty or damaged item
Whilst we take pride in our high quality production process, sometimes things can go awry during manufacturing. Should this be the case, lemoonn is happy to offer a full refund.
If you have received a faulty item, please email our customer service team immediately here and provide the following information:
Only once our customer service team have reviewed and approved your claim, will a refund be issued. We will only accept claims made within 7 days of the date of receipt. Any claims made outside this period will not be accepted.
I received an item that is not what I ordered?

Can I return an item on 'final sale'?
Please consider items marked as 'final sale' carefully as they are not eligible for refund, credit or exchange, unless they are faulty and are returned within 7 days from the date the items were delivered.
Have you received my return?
We understand that you want your return processed as quickly as possible. Once your return has been received by us, please allow up to 7 working days for your return to be processed. As soon as your return has been processed, one of our customer service superstars will reach out to you.
Who pays for the return postage?
Any duty, tax and/or shipping costs incurred on a return is at the customers’ expense and cannot be refunded unless the item(s) are deemed faulty by lemoonn.
Can I return an item?
lemoonn wants to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased on lemoonn.com, you are entitled to an exchange or credit note within 7 days of receipt should your item(s) meet the following requirements:
Please note if items are returned in used condition, a refund will not be issued and items will be discarded at customer's expense.
How do I return an item?
Please email our customer service superstars here for all return or exchange requests. Once our customer service team have reviewed and approved your request, we will send you a returns form and notify you of the return address and the next steps.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
